GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS: Edible fat “non hydronated” made from select palm oil fractions, free of fatty acids “trans”. Totally refined, bleached and deodorized. Suitable for human consumption. It has an excellent microbiological stability and a high resistance to oxidation.
APLICATIONS:Production of cookies: This fat is designed specially to be incorporated in cookie dough, cream cookie filling and wafer. You can implement this fat successfully in bread making. It is suggested to use this fat in low cost chewable candy.
DANFAT GAL – B5
GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS: Edible fat non hydronated produced from select palm oil fractions and Sioma oil, free of fatty acids “trans” and free form genetically modified materials. It has an excellent microbiological stability and a high resistance to oxidation.
APLICATIONS: This product has been designed for industrial production of cookies and formula mixtures where its required to obtain a low level of saturated fatty acids. Its content of saturated fatty acids is between 15% and 20% less tan standard cookie making lards. It can also be used to produce baking products at low climate temperature, to produce wafers, light wafers, donuts and baking dough.
DANFAT CON 8337
GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS: Edible produced from medium palm oil fractions (PMF), non hydronated, refined, bleached, deodorized, free of fatty acids “trans”. Suitable for human consumption. It has an excellent microbiological stability and a high resistance to oxidation.
APLICATIONS: Recommended to be used in producing chocolate creams, baking creams, fillings, cake coverings, candy fillings and also to manufacture chewable candies or toffees.In mixture it can replace cocoa lard on over 80% (on the total fat amount). The food coverings base on this fat, do not require a special heat treatment.
